Music Box
I built this music box for my then-girlfriend in the hopes that she might become my fiancée. I hand-punched the music tape to play Ingrid Michaelson's "You and I," and built the mechanism into a box whose spindle hid the ring. When I asked, she said "of course."
In February 2012, My then-fiancée and I had the pleasure of meeting Ingrid Michaelson after a show, and she was kind enough to autograph it for us.
